Celebrate Seasonal Dining and the Quiet Luxury of Timing

CAMP by The Loren, a seasonal hilltop dining experience, opens March 12th.

Luxury can mean several different things.

Rarity.

Indulgence.

Beauty.

At The Loren, luxury takes on many forms. The luxury of wellness. The luxury of togetherness. This spring, we’re celebrating luxury in another of its extraordinary forms: seasonality.

An Expression of Time & Place

True luxury is the antithesis of high-volume consumption.

Indulgence can be enjoyed year-round. But in a world of instant gratification, where anything can be ordered at the push of a button, there’s something truly special about relishing intentional, curated experiences that can only happen when the time is right.

This is what seasonality means to us: focused, thoughtful, in-the-moment experiences that connect you to your surroundings.

The Storytelling of Seasonal Dining

One of the best ways to immerse yourself in a new destination: embracing the natural flavors that surround you.

Expressing seasonality as part of an immersive culinary experience can foster a seamless connection between guests and their surroundings. This is how seasonality can become storytelling, as each dish shares something new about the land, its history, and the chef’s interpretation of these natural flavors.

Where Premium Quality and Intentionality Meet

Sourcing local ingredients during their peak season is not only sustainable, but a practice that prioritizes peak flavor. Allowed to ripen naturally, seasonal ingredients are enjoyed when their flavor and texture are at their best.

Rather than shipping resources out-of-season, local sourcing also supports nearby farmers and reduces the carbon footprint associated with long-distance food transportation.

When chefs are challenged with using produce, meat, and other ingredients while in season, it also allows their expertise and creativity to truly shine. Menus become an exercise in innovation, curated carefully and intentionally.

Introducing CAMP: Our Ingredient-Driven Showcase

At The Loren, sourcing the best ingredients during their peak season is a crucial part of the guest and resident experience. With the rich flavors of vibrant local produce, freshly caught fish, and island-inspired recipes, we introduce the Caribbean flair in every bite.

Led by Chef Christian Grindrod, CAMP by The Loren takes our locally sourced philosophy and manifests it through a vibrant menu of Mediterranean-inspired dishes, an extraordinary dining experience set against the gorgeous backdrop of Babalua Beach in Turks & Caicos.

Immersive Experiences Along the Coastline

We don’t only invite you to indulge in the flavors of Turks & Caicos. At CAMP, we urge you to explore.

Join us on an exclusive sea-to-table fishing experience, where you’ll reel in the freshest local catch and watch as Chef Christian transforms it into a delicious meal, from ocean to plate. Prior to your Mediterranean-inspired dinner, enjoy unforgettable sights of endless blue water during our sunset cruise, sipping chilled rose as the sky turns vibrant.

About the Chefs

Meet Chef Christian Grindrod

Raised in Louisville, Kentucky, Chef Christian Grindrod Grahm honed his culinary identity in New York City, studying at Michelin starred restaurant Betony and shaping his informal yet thoughtful approach at Villanelle. His craft highlights fresh ingredients in ways that feel both nostalgic and interesting. At CAMP by The Loren, Christian brings his familiar yet technically innovative approach to our coastal dining experience, sharing his take on coastal Mediterranean dining.

Meet Guest Chef Einat Admoney

At CAMP, we’ll also be joined by Chef Einat Admony, known for her mastery of storytelling through Middle Eastern & Isreali inspired flavors. As a three-time James Beard nominated chef and owner of Balaboosta, her food is an expression of strong immigrant roots and living the American Dream. The balaboosta (meaning ““perfect housewife” in Yiddish), will be serving a Middle Eastern inspired 4-course dinner, wine pairing, and meet & greet. More booking details to come!
