An island that brings generations together in extraordinary spaces.
The definition of luxury is changing—and with it, the ways that people choose to enjoy it. While luxury travel and destinations held a different connotation for decades, we’ve begun to see an important, sentimental shift in priorities. More people are choosing to share their luxury spaces with the people they love most, across several generations.
Today, luxury living is multigenerational.
MULTIGENERATIONAL LIVING IS GROWING
Did you know that 17% of homeowners are choosing multigenerational properties?
More homeowners are actively seeking destination properties they can comfortably and happily share with their families, both the generations that came before and the generations that came after.
Real estate professionals have seen a marked change over the past decade, noting a 271% rise in popularity.
Shared family homes are back in demand for several reasons, among them:
- An investment in luxury that lasts generations.
- A way to spend more time together, in a space where everyone can call home.
THE PERFECT MULTIGENERATIONAL DESTINATION
Not all properties are destined to be shared among generations, but these key amenities are what allow families to thrive together under one roof.

PLACES TO GATHER, & PLACES TO REST
All homes need balance, but especially shared family spaces. The ideal home for multigenerational living has individual spaces that each family member can call their own, paired with places for the whole family to comfortably come together.
We kept this balance in mind when designing the layout for our waterfront villas in Turks & Caicos. Each bedroom features a full, en-suite bathroom fixed with a freestanding soaking bathtub, offering the perfect refuge for peace & quiet. But, with a spacious dining room, living room, and a covered porch overlooking the pool deck and private pool, there’s more than enough space for everyone to gather, dine, and celebrate.

NEARBY ADVENTURES FOR ALL AGES
The key to multigenerational destinations: finding engaging, enriching activities for everyone, no matter their age. The ideal destination boasts a diverse range of adventures for all—the kind of place that you don’t outgrow.
Turks & Caicos is one such destination, with scenic beachside views and stunning natural landscapes that wow visitors of all ages. As a resident of The Loren, our families are also invited to enjoy our resort amenities and the beach club, featuring tennis, pickleball, and padel courts, a full-service spa, and a kids club for our littlest adventurers. Villa residents also have the opportunity to lease a berth at our private marina, for endless adventures out on the vibrant blue waters.

LUXURY THAT’S TIMELESS, NOT TRENDY
When choosing a multigenerational destination, one of the most important elements to consider is longevity. Your home away from home should be a place your family can enjoy now, and for countless years to come. Selecting a destination that feels timeless, where returning feels like a privilege and not a chore, is key.
That’s another reason why we eagerly selected Turtle Cove as our home. A place surrounded by stunning natural views, where we prioritize exclusive luxury over mass tourism, this is a location that invites a sense of ease that never goes out of style. Here, walking along the white sand and dipping your toes in the pristine blue waters will always serve as a special refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
A DESTINATION WHERE TRADITIONS CAN THRIVE
Traditions are habits that are made together—and habits happen with repetition. When you have a space where your whole family is welcome, returning time and time again, that’s when traditions come to life.
That’s what a residential space here on the island can be: a place to return to, to build new traditions and create memories together, for the whole family.
