Loren Hotels has started construction on its third operation and its first in Turks & Caicos, targeting a 2026 opening of The Loren at Turtle Cove.
The luxury hotel will offer six beachfront villas ranging from five to six bedrooms, 33 rooms that start at 600 square feet of interior space and 300 square feet of exterior space, and 25 condominiums ranging from one to five bedrooms that can be rented as hotel rooms. Villa amenities and offerings include 24-hour concierge service, a private pool, a private outdoor beachfront terrace and a private parking garage as well as access to valet and chauffeur services.
The hotel, which faces the Atlantic Ocean and the private Grace Bay cove, will also include a beachfront restaurant, pool and lobby bar, a fitness center, tennis courts, a kid’s club and a smaller marina restaurant for lighter fare. The marina will house slips accommodating vessels from 30-70 feet in length.
The hotel’s beach club section will offer two infinity-edge pools, snacks and drinks and oceanfront cabanas with private bar service.
Turtle Cove will join Loren Hotel’s two existing properties, The Loren at Pink Beach in Bermuda and The Loren Lady Bird Lake in Austin, Texas.
