The Loren at Lady Bird Lake in Austin, the firm’s flagship property opened in October 2022, and future projects include opportunities in Miami, Park City, Tulum, Spain, Southern California, Aspen, and Big Sky.
Linx Industries is a diversified investment company with significant holdings in various businesses, including Real Estate, Hospitality, and Private Aviation. Linx Industries was founded over thirty years ago by Arik Kislin who continues to this day as its principal and chairman of the board. Arik Kislin has developed and managed over 6 million square feet of real estate and hospitality over his career, including co-developing the iconic 1.5 million square foot Chelsea Market complex. Arik Kislin has also co-developed the Gansevoort Hotel Brand, which transformed the boutique hotel business in New York, Miami, and the Caribbean. In 2007, while building the Gansevoort in Providenciales, Arik Kislin developed a keen appreciation for the Turks & Caicos Islands. It has since been his dream to create an ultraluxury hospitality resort and marina in Providenciales. Arik Kislin’s dream is now coming to fruition with the development of the exclusive resort located in Turtle Cove in partnership with the Loren Hotel Brand. Arik Kislin is currently happily devoting the bulk of his time living in the islands of Turks & Caicos.
